Terms of Service

These terms govern any free sample, paid Fast-Track Test, or retainer service provided by Cornerstone AI Group Ltd ("Cornerstone," "we," "us") to an independent dealership ("you," "the client"). By requesting a free sample, submitting the intake form, or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.

The Fast-Track Test includes one revision round for objective image errors or alignment issues. Subjective restyling requests fall outside that revision and may be quoted separately. All work is built from photographs you already own or have the right to use. We do not conduct physical photoshoots or visit your premises as part of these services.

02.Free Sample Terms

The first sample is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything further. We reserve the right to decline a free sample request (for example, where a submitted listing link does not resolve to a genuine, currently-listed vehicle) or to limit one free sample per dealership.

03.Payment

Paid tests and retainers are invoiced via Stripe payment link. US clients are billed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. There is no long-term contract unless separately agreed in writing; a client may cancel a retainer at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.

04.Refunds & Revisions

Because every paid engagement follows a free sample or other agreed proof step, paid deliveries are non-refundable once production has begun. If a delivered image materially fails to reflect the submitted vehicle or contains an objective production error, tell us within 5 days of delivery and we will correct or redo the affected image at no charge. Subjective preference changes are outside the included revision round.

05.Ownership & Licence

This is the part that matters most for how you can use what we deliver:

• You receive a non-exclusive licence to use delivered images. Your dealership may use the delivered assets for its own marketing, including its website, vehicle marketplaces, social media, and business listings, for the agreed licence term.
• Cornerstone AI Group retains copyright in rendered assets unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may not resell, sub-license, or transfer delivered assets to another business or third party without written consent.
• You confirm you own or have the right to use every source photo you submit to us. You remain responsible for any third-party rights issue arising from a source photo you provided.

06.What We Do Not Guarantee

We upgrade the visual presentation of vehicles you already have listed. We do not guarantee any specific increase in enquiries, clicks, conversion rate, sale price, or days-on-lot outcome. Those outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including pricing, vehicle condition, descriptions, market demand, inventory mix, platform algorithms, and dealer sales execution. Nothing on this site or in our communications should be read as a promise of a specific sales result.

07.Vehicle Accuracy Standard

Our vehicle-truth process is designed to preserve the identity of the actual vehicle supplied by the dealership. We aim to preserve original vehicle characteristics including body, wheels, badges, trim and other defining details while changing presentation elements such as background, lighting and overall visual treatment. We review every image before delivery. You remain responsible for checking that a delivered image accurately represents the vehicle before publishing it on a live listing, particularly plate visibility and any regulatory advertising requirements in your jurisdiction.

08.AI Disclosure & Acceptable Use

Delivered assets may be generated or materially edited using AI systems. Where a platform, law, regulator, marketplace or dealership policy requires disclosure of synthetic or materially altered media, the client is responsible for using the applicable disclosure and complying with the rules governing its listings. You agree not to use our images to misrepresent vehicle condition, mileage, specification, options or features, or in any way that breaches marketplace or advertising standards.

09.Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel a retainer at any time by emailing hello@cornerstoneaigroup.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We may pause or end a retainer if payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period, or if these terms are breached.

10.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

11.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US clients, this choice of law applies to the Cornerstone/dealership relationship regardless of the client's location, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date you request a sample or make a payment.
