Terms of Service

These terms govern any free sample, paid Pack, or retainer service provided by Cornerstone AI Group Ltd ("Cornerstone," "we," "us") to a dealership ("you," "the client"). By requesting a free sample, submitting the intake form, or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.
01.What We Provide

All work is built from photographs you already own or have the right to use. We do not conduct physical photoshoots or visit your premises as part of these services.
02.Free Sample Terms
The first sample is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything further. We reserve the right to decline a free sample request (for example, where a submitted listing link doesn't resolve to a genuine, currently-listed vehicle) or to limit one free sample per dealership.
03.Payment
Packs and retainers are invoiced via Stripe payment link. UK clients are billed in GBP; US clients may be billed in USD at Stripe's prevailing conversion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and roll over automatically until cancelled. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel a retainer at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
04.Refunds
Because every paid engagement follows a free sample you've already approved, Packs and retainer deliveries are non-refundable once work has been delivered. If a specific image genuinely fails to reflect your submitted photo (wrong vehicle, unusable output), tell us within 5 days of delivery and we'll redo that image at no charge.
05.Ownership & Licence — Please Read Carefully
This is the part that matters most for how you can use what we deliver:
- You get a licence to use, not the copyright. Delivered images are licensed to you, non-exclusively, for your dealership's own marketing — your website, AutoTrader, CarGurus, social media, and Google Business Profile — for as long as you like, with no ongoing fees.
- Cornerstone AI Group retains copyright in every rendered image. You may not resell, sub-license, or transfer the images to a third party, including another dealership, marketing agency, or platform not listed above, without our written consent.
- You confirm you own or have the right to use every source photo you submit to us. You're responsible for any third-party rights issue arising from a photo you provided.
06.What We Don't Guarantee
We upgrade the visual presentation of vehicles you already have listed. We do not guarantee any specific increase in enquiries, clicks, or sale price — those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your pricing, description, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes. Nothing on this site or in our communications should be read as a promise of a specific sales result.
07.Accuracy of Upgraded Images
Our locked-studio process is built to preserve the identity of your actual vehicle — same plate, same alloy pattern, same trim — from the photo you provide. We review every image before delivery. You remain responsible for checking that a delivered image accurately represents the vehicle before publishing it on a live listing, particularly plate visibility and any regulatory advertising requirements in your jurisdiction.
08.Acceptable Use
You won't use our images to misrepresent a vehicle's condition, mileage, or specification, or in any way that breaches AutoTrader's, CarGurus's, or your local advertising standards authority's rules on vehicle listings.
09.Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel a retainer at any time by emailing hello@cornerstoneaigroup.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We may pause or end a retainer if payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable period, or if these terms are breached.
10.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.
11.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US clients, this choice of law applies to the Cornerstone/dealership relationship regardless of the client's location; nothing here overrides your local consumer protection rights where mandatorily applicable.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date you request a sample or make a payment.
